RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Return Policy

For all orders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in receiving payment regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

IN THE EVENT OF NON-DELIVERY

A 10% processing fee will be charged for the cancellation of any hoverboard order and the customer will only receive a refund of 90% of the total order price.

IN THE CASE OF SHIPPED GOODS

  • We accept refunds without reason within 15 days of receipt of goods (proof of purchase required).
  • If you need to cancel the order or change the consignee information, you can choose to refuse the package when it is delivered or send it to us yourself within 1-2 business days and send us the tracking number of the package by email. After we confirm receipt of the goods, we will give you a refund and charge a 15% restocking fee. The return shipping cost will be borne by us.
All returned products must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used or opened. Used products will not be accepted! Any returns must be discussed and authorized in advance with our customer service staff. Return instructions will then be provided after our customer service staff authorizes your return request.

Warranty Policy

When purchasing a hoverboard from esimate.com, we make sure that all of our products come from 100% US stock, and we are 100% committed to customer service and offer each hoverboard a 90 days warranty! Our warranty covers any technical malfunction/product damage.

Our warranty covers any technical failures/manufacturer defects, but does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by general wear and tear and misuse
  • Water damage
  • Chassis/frame damage
  • Damaged or lose charger ports/pins
  • Electronic damage due to use of improper charger voltage
  • Crash or accidental damage (such as scratches or broken shells)
  • Charger/accessories/carrying case
  • RGB LED light bar (LED fender light)
  • Bluetooth and Bluetooth speakers

 We will cover any manufacturing faults or electrical failures, but customers should return the defective hoverboards to us and pay the shipping fee. Receiving any defective products, customers should contact SIMATE Team via service@simateboard.com within 7 business days and return the products within 15 days of receipt (must be in the "original packaging" and in the same condition as received).
