SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID19, our shipping partners are experiencing higher than usual shipping volumes. You may experience slower than normal shipping times. Thank you for your patience as we work to process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

At this time, we only offer free shipping to the 48 states of the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO. For Alaska and Hawaii, we need to charge shipping fee or the order will be cancelled and 10% of the cost of the hoverboard will be charged as a processing fee.

SHIPPING TIME

For orders that are in stock, we will ship out within 1-3 business days, and it will be delivered in 5-7 business days. Once the order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your email address. The carrier is FedEx.

SHIPPING CHANGES & Order CANCELLATION

Before Shipping

Order cancellation: If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, 10% of the cost of the hoverboard will be charged as a processing fee.

Change of address: No fee will be charged.

Replacements and exchanges: No fees will be charged.

After Shipping

Order cancellation: If your order has been shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package or send it back yourself within 1-2 business days and 15% of the balance cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Change of address: If you are successful in changing your address, a $20 processing fee will be charged. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse to accept the package and 15% of the cost of the self-balancing scooter will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Replacements and exchanges: If you successfully exchange the item, a $20 processing fee will be charged. If you fail to cancel the item, you may reject the package and 15% of the self-balancing scooter cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
